Assess the damage
We inspect the rug to determine the type and extent of the damage. Common damages include holes, tears, fraying edges, worn-out areas, and discoloration
Restore worn-out areas
Worn areas can be revived by re-knotting, replacing fibers, and sometimes redyeing, restoring the rug's original look and feel.
